Being a Security Analyst I really wanted to show you guys the importance of keeping your passwords secure and strong enough. However, I know most people don’t like to create a strong password because they are not easy to remember. But on the other side, easy passwords are not secure and can be guessed within a minute. But before proceeding further, I want to share one of the password guessing methods used called as Brute Force. So what is brute force? Brute Force is a method of trying all the combinations of English letters, upper case, lower case, special characters and numeric one by one to see which password works. This is one of the methods used by hackers to crack a password when nothing works.
With that being said, let’s jump over to this website called as Random-ize. It allows you to instantly check how long it would take for a hacker to guess, crack or brute force your password (using computers of course). You just need to start typing your password in the password box, and no need to press Enter as it will show you the result instantly.
